Refund and cancellation
Clear rules when plans change.
This policy applies to diagnostic bookings made through CureNext in Patna and explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund timelines.
Before sample collection
- Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before a home collection slot.
- Cancellation within 2 hours or after technician dispatch may incur a ₹100–₹200 convenience fee.
- Reschedule free of charge up to 1 hour before the appointment, subject to slot availability.
After sample collection
Once a sample has been collected or submitted to the partner lab, cancellation is not permitted because processing begins immediately.
Refund outcomes
- Full refunds apply to eligible early cancellations, service cancellations by CureNext or the lab, and unusable samples caused by operational errors when you decline re-collection.
- A partial refund may apply when a technician arrives but collection does not happen.
- No refund applies after collection, for incorrect contact or address details, or when the patient is unavailable at the agreed address.
Processing and support
